What is the typical shipping time for international orders?
International orders generally take 7-15 business days to arrive depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Tracking information is provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer a warranty on flight controllers and motors?
Yes, we offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from crashes, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay.
Can I return a product if I changed my mind?
Unopened and unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Are your drones compatible with ELRS or Frsky protocols?
Most of our drones come in various receiver versions including ExpressLRS (ELRS), Frsky, and TBS Crossfire. Please ensure you select the correct receiver protocol that matches your radio transmitter before checkout.
How can I update the firmware on my BETAFPV gear?
Firmware updates can be performed using the Betaflight Configurator or specialized tools like the ELRS Configurator. We provide detailed guides and firmware files in our online Support Center.
