ND Filter ND8 ND16 for Turtle V2 / RunCam Split Mini 2

To eliminate the Jelly effect, Caddx made a ND filter for Ratel and Turtle V2. Meanwhile, ND filter will make footage look clean and clear. ND8 Filter is for cloudy day while ND16 Filter is for sunny day.
